The Mallory is an events venue and entertainment destination opening in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood in Fall 2026, owned by Convene Hospitality Group, the global leader in hospitality-driven destinations. Set within the Terminal Warehouse, the largest adaptive reuse development in New York City, it brings 50,000 square feet of event space and sweeping Hudson River views to one of the city's most storied addresses.

Project Overview

With one of New York City's most storied buildings finding new life as an events destination, The Mallory needed a brand worthy of its setting. Terrane Group developed the positioning, naming, visual identity, and storytelling for the venue ahead of its Fall 2026 launch, building a brand story that honored the history of Terminal Warehouse while establishing The Mallory as Chelsea's most distinctive address for private events and celebrations.
