Brian Zabka
Co-Founder

Brian is a Marketing and Creative Executive who combines his passion for storytelling, design, technology and innovation to build impactful brands, drive growth, and increase revenue. An enterprising leader accountable for guiding big ideas from development to execution, Brian has assembled and led multi-disciplinary teams to innovate with creativity, resourcefulness and agility, producing lasting brand experiences worldwide.



With 15 years of experience spanning filmmaking, strategic partnership development, integrated marketing and entrepreneurialism, Brian has worked in marketing leadership for both distinguished and boutique brands including NeueHouse and Fotografiska International. His highly collaborative process and discerning eye stems from his background as an independent commercial film director, where he has produced original works for GQ, Genesis, 1 Hotel, Surface Magazine, BBC and Sonos.

Holly Murphy
Co-Founder

Holly is a Brand and Creative Leader whose career is built on the belief that design thinking can be one of the most powerful tools for progress. By combining brand development, design systems, big picture thinking, research and cultural savviness, Holly creates original experiences, environments and products for discerning, global audiences.


Throughout her tenure at NeueHouse and Fotografiska International, Holly led transformative projects that reflected her personal interest in design as a tool to continuously position the brands as a leader in culture, creativity and community. Prior, she worked at Gensler alongside a team of award-winning designers, architects and strategists to create brand experiences in the built environment. She holds over 10 years of experience in both building brands from the ground up and transforming legacy brands across the creative class including Lincoln, Cadillac House, Interview Magazine, Mr. Porter and TED.
