The Malin

Expressing individuality and originality.

About

The Malin offers work-focused members clubs in sought-after, accessible neighborhoods in New York City and beyond. All share a common goal of offering beautiful, distraction-free spaces that enable members to do their best work.

Project Overview

As The Malin expanded into new and existing markets, it was time to make a bold entrance—driving visibility and asserting its distinct position in the workspace landscape. To support this scale of growth, Terrane Group developed and launched a brand campaign across OOH and digital channels, using inventive positioning and expressive creative to bring The Malin’s identity to life at mass scale.

Context

Co-working has become a standard solution for today’s independent workforce. While The Malin offers similar utility, its perspective on work—and the experience it creates—is entirely its own.

How do you craft a campaign that captures that distinct point of view and makes it truly unforgettable?

Personalized, human-centric, and intentionally non-replicable.

Implementation

More than a tagline, No Template is a declaration that champions the entrepreneurial spirit. A rejection of cookie-cutter spaces and expected office culture. It’s about making room for individuality, ambition, and meaningful connection.

No Template reflects the essence of The Malin: thoughtful, personal, and intentionally non-replicable. From how their spaces are designed to how their members work, it’s a mindset that shapes everything they do—because great work has no guidelines.

A mantra that captures The Malin’s core belief: great work does not follow a script.
